PyrolCrete is a ready mix, universal building material, that uses 20% less water to activate and is 48% lighter than conventual concrete mixes, making it easier to handle and freight while fitting seamlessly with current construction practices, promoting cost savings up to 38% PyrolCrete is manufactured locally and eco-sustainably from recycling wood waste allowing Pyrol Tech to generate carbon credits. PyrolCrete is considered a non-pollutant and an engineered carbon sink. 

With our in-depth knowledge and experience with conventional concrete and Biochar we produced stable formulas and mixtures resulting in:

- Low - Medium Mpa (compressive strength) 4 Mpa, 8 Mpa, 12 Mpa pre-mix formulas.

  PyrolWood is a form of thermally treated and modified wood. Thermal modification is an advanced wood transformation method that combines high heat with steam to reconstruct wood’s composition. This process improves wood’s resistance to decay, insect damage, and environmental effects, including cracking, warping, or changes in size and shape.

The modification process slows down the wood's absorption capability, making the wood is resistant to biological agents, making it durable for outdoor applications. 

PyrolWood will be manufactured eco-sustainably from wood gas harvested from the processing wood waste.

During pyrolysis biomass is chemical broken down by heat within an oxygen spent/absent environment, various gases are given off during this process. As the biomass moves through the system it is exposed to moderate and then high temperatures (150°C - 600°C ). Gasses flow into the gasification chamber and then Separator where, tars and resins will are separated, the liquid filtered out is crude Bio-oil. 

Pyrol Tech processes wood waste direct from forestry activities that is Pine Wood based. the resulting bio-oil is known as Pyroligneous acid (wood vinegar). it has applications in the Agriculture industry, often used as raw ingredient/suspension medium for fertiliser products. Pyroligneous acid is 100% organic with natural pest repellent & growth enhancer properties. 

Biochar is derived, through the processing of wood waste and alternate Biomass through self-developed Pyrolysis technology, resulting in 2 primary by-products: Solid Biochar and Liquid Bio-oil. 

Biochar is a form of Carbon and can absorb toxins from its immediate environment, when activated. Additionally, Biochar is a carbon bank and a crucial component to Carbon Sequestration. Widley known in the agriculture sector as a soil amender and water treatment as a filtration aggregate.
